Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is a value resort hotel located in the Animal Kingdom area of the Walt Disney World Resort. The resort celebrates all of your favorite movies and includes larger-than-life decor, which is perfect for those vacation photos!
Resort Overview
This resort is one of three hotels located in the All-Star complex. It is the third, after All-Star Music and All-Star Sports. This hotel is quite big, with 1,920 rooms. The buildings are themed to different Disney movies including Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians, Fantasia, Love Bug, and The Mighty Ducks. There are ten buildings with guest rooms and the main lobby is known as Cinema Hall. It features the check-in area and food court, as well as a store and arcade.

Accommodations
The rooms at Disney’s All-Star Movies resort were recently updated and are approximately 260 square feet. Each room has a bathroom with one sink and vanity area, shower with bathtub, dresser with three drawers, a safe, mini-fridge, a Cuisinart “pod-style” coffee maker, and flat-panel TV. In the rooms with two queen beds, one of the beds folds up and there is a table with two chairs.

World Premiere Food Court

Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar

Pools, Grounds, & Recreation
There are two pools at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.
Fantasia Pool is the main pool, located between the Fantasia building and Cinema Hall. This pool is inspired by the classic Disney movie Fantasia and features a Sorcerer Mickey fountain in the center. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and water play area nearby.
The Duck Pond Pool is the leisure pool inspired by The Mighty Ducks films. This 105,438-gallon pool is designed to resemble a hickey rink and is a great spot to relax when you’re not visiting the parks.
Reel Fun Arcade
Enjoy video games, pinball, air hockey, and more at this arcade located near the Mara Cafe. The arcade is open daily. Purchase your game card using cash or credit card and then refill it as you please to use at any of the other Walt Disney World Resort arcades.
Movies Under the Stars
After a day at the parks, enjoy complimentary movie screenings under the stars. These screenings are shown at the Reel Spot – right outside of World Premiere Food Court.
Playground
Kids will love climbing and playing in this playground area located between the Fantasia and Toy Story sections.
