Resort Overview
The resort is quite expansive, yet charming, with a theme inspired by the Victorian-era Saratoga Springs in upstate New York, known for horse racing and spa retreats. It opened in 2004 and is located on the shores of Lake Buena Vista, directly across from Disney Springs. It is a Disney Vacation Club property.

A Full Range of Accommodations
This resort is a Disney Vacation Club property and is made up of villas of varying sizes. There are 1,260 guest rooms across 18 villa buildings. Plus, there is an additional 60 Treehouse Villas. Room options include studio, 1-, 2, and 3-bedroom villas in the main resort area. The Treehouse Villas have a separate bus line and are located in a peaceful, more remote location. There are accommodations available for up to 12 adults.
All of the villas with at least one bedroom include a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. The preferred rooms offer a better location, close to Disney Springs or the main building and dining.

The Turf Club Bar and Grill
Enjoy steaks and seasonal dishes at this restaurant designed to take you to the horse-racing clubs in turn-of-the-century Upstate New York. The restaurant is located alongside the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course clubhouse and includes beautiful views of Disney Springs and the golf course.

The Paddock Grill

On the Rocks
Order a cold drink as you sit in the sun at this pool bar near the High Rock Springs Pool.
Backstretch Pool Bar
Race over to this spot for a refreshing drink including beers and cocktails or a quick snack.
Chip ‘n Dale’s Café
This sandwich stand is the perfect spot to grab a bite after golfing. There is a variety of snacks and light breakfasts are also available.
Pools, Grounds, & Recreation
Pools
Enjoy some fun in the sun at the High Rock Spring Pool complete with waterfalls, zero-depth entry, and a 128-foot-long waterslide that is built right into the rocks. There are also two whirlpool spas, the perfect spots to sit and relax after a day at the parks. Kids can run and play at the Donald Duck play area, complete with a miniature waterslide.
Head to the Paddock Pool for a zero-depth entry pool and the 146-foot-long waterslide that starts from atop a water tower. Then, relax in the whirlpool spa shaped like a horseshoe. Kids will love the aquatic play area, including the two waterslides.
There are three other pools located at this resort, each the perfect spot to relax poolside and soak up the sun. They are located at the Treehouse Villas, Congress Park, and The Grandstand. The pools at Congress Park and The Grandstand also feature playgrounds and barbeque grilling areas.
Win, Paint, and Show!
Show your artsy side with a Disney-inspired painting class. This instructor-led class takes place at Community Hall every Thursday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Registration begins at 5:45 pm and price is $35 plus tax. Guests must be at least 12 years of age to participate. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling (407)WDW-PLAY.
Fishing
Enjoy a guided fishing excursion to experience bass fishing at its finest. There are 2-hour and 4-hour excursions available, suitable for all ages. All excursions include:

Sunrise Yoga
Start your day feeling energized with a 30-minute gentle yoga class. All ages are welcome to these classes offered on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:00 am. Classes are held in a calming atmosphere near Congress Park Pool, overlooking Disney Springs. Mats and towels are provided on-site but class space is limited to resort guests only so arrive early to secure your spot.
Movies Under the Stars
Enjoy complimentary movie screenings of your favorite Disney films. Check with the front desk for movie schedules.
Win, Place, or Show Arcade
Choose from an array of games appropriate for all ages. Purchase your game card and then recharge it using a credit card or cash. Game Cards can be used at any of the Walt Disney World Resort arcades. The arcade is located near the High Rock Springs Pool.
Basketball Courts
Practice shooting hoops at this basketball half-court. Complimentary basketballs are available for check out from Horsing Around Rentals on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tennis
There are two clay tennis courts located in the sport courts area. Complimentary racquets and tennis balls are available from Horsing Around Rentals. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm.
Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course
Enjoy this classic country-club course that winds through villas, forests, and lakes. The 18-hole course has received 4 stars by Golf Digest and is also certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary. Golf attire is required and reservations can be made by calling (407)WDW-GOLF.
Jogging
Jog along with views of the golf course greens on your choice of two jogging loops. One is 1.44 miles and the other is a .8-mile path.
Bike Rentals
Head to Horsing Around Rentals and then out on a bike ride where you will enjoy lakeside views. Both adult and children’s bikes are available, some with training wheels. Complimentary helmets and child seats are included with all rentals. Please note that helmets are required for all bicyclists under 16 years of age and guests must remain at the resort where the bikes were rented. Rentals are $20 plus tax.
Surrey Bike Rentals
Enjoy a bicycle built for 2, or 4! Rentals are available at Horsing Around Rentals and allow you to take the whole family on a bike ride around the resort.

Community Hall

*Guests who drive either their own vehicle or a rental car to Walt Disney World should know that a standard overnight self-parking fee of $25 per night will be applied to the guest hotel folio upon check-out. Valet parking is available for $33 per night. Complimentary standard self-parking is available while you enjoy select dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation experiences at this resort.
