This resort is a Disney Vacation Club property and is made up of villas of varying sizes. There are 1,260 guest rooms across 18 villa buildings. Plus, there is an additional 60 Treehouse Villas. Room options include studio, 1-, 2, and 3-bedroom villas in the main resort area. The Treehouse Villas have a separate bus line and are located in a peaceful, more remote location. Enjoy some fun in the sun at the High Rock Spring Pool complete with waterfalls, zero-depth entry, and a 128-foot-long waterslide that is built right into the rocks. There are also two whirlpool spas, the perfect spots to sit and relax after a day at the parks. Kids can run and play at the Donald Duck play area, complete with a miniature waterslide.
Head to the Paddock Pool for a zero-depth entry pool and the 146-foot-long waterslide that starts from atop a water tower. Then, relax in the whirlpool spa shaped like a horseshoe. Kids will love the aquatic play area, including the two waterslides.
There are three other pools located at this resort, each the perfect spot to relax poolside and soak up the sun. They are located at the Treehouse Villas, Congress Park, and The Grandstand. The pools at Congress Park and The Grandstand also feature playgrounds and barbeque grilling areas.
Win, Paint, and Show!
Show your artsy side with a Disney-inspired painting class. This instructor-led class takes place at Community Hall every Thursday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Jog along with views of the golf course greens on your choice of two jogging loops. One is 1.44 miles and the other is a .8-mile path.
Bike Rentals
Head to Horsing Around Rentals and then out on a bike ride where you will enjoy lakeside views. Both adult and children’s bikes are available, some with training wheels. Complimentary helmets and child seats are included with all rentals. Please note that helmets are required for all bicyclists under 16 years of age and guests must remain at the resort where the bikes were rented. Rentals are $20 plus tax.

The guest rooms at this resort were recently refurbished, completed in 2021, and there are three different room types. The standard and preferred rooms each sleep up to 4 adults and include a table and chairs, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, separate sink with vanity area, and tub with shower.
The family suites include two bathrooms and a kitchenette area with a full refrigerator and microwave. There are two pull-down beds as well in the living area.
