Disneyland Hotel
The Disneyland Hotel is one of three on-site hotels at the Disneyland Resort. Opening shortly after Disneyland Park, guests can see the history at every turn from murals showing the evolution of the resort to Walt Disney posing with various guests. This hotel is a family-friendly option with spacious accommodations, great amenities, and an easy walk to the parks.
Resort Overview
Built by Jack Wrather and opening in 1955, the Disneyland Hotel is known for being the first hotel that offered amenities for the whole family. Like the whole Disneyland Resort, the hotel has evolved over the years. Originally only two stories, the buildings have been reimagined into different themed towers. Each tower represents one of the iconic lands in Disneyland Park. The monorail station was also added. The hotel is filled with Disney history and magic, showing how Walt Disney brought it all to life.
