Location: The resort is located very close to the entrance of Universal Studios. Guests can use the complimentary water taxi to get to the parks and Universal CityWalk. There is also a walking path, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to either park entrance.
Theme: The resort has a great theme, especially for any music lovers! Around every corner, look for memorabilia and photos of all your favorite musicians from the past and present. There is always music playing by these artists as well. You can even hear music when you’re swimming underwater at the pool!

Monorail Waterslides: There are two waterslides featuring replicas of the original Monorail trains. The Red Monorail slide is approximately 25 feet high and 180 feet long, while the Yellow Monorail slide is more relaxing, at 13 feet high and 80 feet long.
There is also a two-lane mini-slide that is designed for younger children and a water play area, topped with a “Disneyland” sign.
D-Ticket Pool: This pool is the place to be for guests who would like to swim laps. Then, head to the Mickey or Minnie Spa whirlpool for a relaxing experience or sit poolside and just enjoy the sun!

The Boulder Ridge Cove pool is more laid-back but still charming, located within the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This location has a whirlpool spa and zero-entry pool with several shaded seating areas.

This family-friendly steakhouse is the newest addition to the resort hotel, named for the year Disney’s Contemporary Resort opened. Pools
The feature pool at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is the Bay Cove Pool. This pool includes zero-depth entry and overlooks Bay Lake. There is also a 148-foot-long waterslide. The kids will love the water play area with geysers squirting up in the air! This pool area is reserved specifically for guests staying at Bay Lake Tower and Disney Vacation Club members.
There are two more pools at Disney’s Contemporary Resort that are available to guests staying at Bay Lake Tower. The Main Pool has views of the marina and features a 17-foot high, 131-foot-long waterslide. There is a water play area and two whirlpool spas to relax in.
Guests are also encouraged to unwind and relax at the Bay Lake Pool. This leisure pool is round and shallow on the outside but deeper in the center.
Complimentary towels are provided at both pools.

Pools
The feature pool at Disney’s Old Key West Resort is the Sandcastle Pool. Located near the Hospitality House, this pool takes you away to the Florida Keys. It features a 125-foot-long waterslide through a giant sandcastle and a kiddie pool for little ones. There is also a whirlpool spa to sit and relax after a day at the parks.
There are three other leisure pools throughout the resort located in the Old Turtle Pond, South Point, and Miller’s Road areas of the resort. There are whirlpool spas at each of these as well.
Complimentary towels are provided at all pools.
Movies Under the Stars
Watch your favorite Disney films at the complimentary outdoor screenings, located by the Sandcastle Pool deck. Check with the front desk for a full schedule.
Conch Flats Community Hall
At the Community Hall, enjoy complimentary foosball, pool, video games, ping pong, and more. You can also sign out tennis racquets, basketballs, shuffleboard equipment and grilling items.
Basketball Courts
There is a basketball court located near the Hospitality House. Complimentary basketballs are available from Hank’s Rent ‘N Return to all guests with a valid resort ID.
Volleyball
A game of beach volleyball awaits on the court near the Hospitality House. Complimentary volleyballs are available from Hank’s Rent ‘N Return to all guests with a valid resort ID.
Tennis
There are two lighted tennis courts located near the main pool and the third one on Old Turtle Pond Road. Complimentary racquets and tennis balls are available from Hank’s Rent ‘N Return to all guests staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort.
Jogging
Enjoy the views as you jog along the 1.37-mile-long path along canals and golf course fairways.
Bike Rentals

Fishing at the Walt Disney World Resort is catch-and-release only. Life jackets will be provided and are required for children ages 12 and under. Reservations are highly recommended and can be done by calling (407)939-FISH. Your travel advisor can also assist with this reservation.
Electric Eel Gameroom & Flying Fish Gameroom
With a variety of games for all ages, there is something for everyone at this arcade. You can race cars, play your favorite sports, have a dance-off, and more. You can go head-to-head with a friend or family member or just try for your own high score.
Game cards must be purchased to play. Game points are added using cash or a credit card and the game cards are rechargeable. In addition, these game cards can be used at other Walt Disney World Resort arcades.
The Electric Eel Gameroom is located near the Hospitality House and Flying Fish Gameroom is near Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks.

Disney’s Beach Club Villas is a part of Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort, sharing all of the great amenities at these resorts. It is a deluxe villa resort and a Disney Vacation Club property. Located just steps away from EPCOT, this resort offers spacious accommodations for travel parties of all sizes.
Resort Overview
The resort opened in 2002 and is the fourth Disney Vacation Club Resort to open at the Walt Disney World Resort. The theme is a New England-style beach hotel, with calming colors and a subtle beach theme.
Reasons We Love This Resort:
Location: Disney’s Beach Club Villas is located in the EPCOT area and is a short walk away from the International Gateway entrance of EPCOT. It’s also a walk or boat ride away from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A short bus ride takes guests to the other two theme parks. The resort is found along the shores of Crescent Lake, offering beautiful views and a relaxing seaside vibe.
Amenities: With one of the best pools on Disney property, easy access to many restaurants, and even a spa and salon close by, the amenities at this resort get two thumbs up!

Disney’s Beach Club Villas includes many different dining options for guests to enjoy. Guests can enjoy all of the restaurants available at Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. This restaurant offers a nostalgic setting, reminiscent of a soda shop on the Atlantic seashore. The best part though is the desserts, especially the Kitchen Sink! There is also a to-go menu available.

Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill

Crew’s Cup Lounge

Pools
At this resort, guests have a choice of several pool areas to enjoy during their stay. Stormalong Bay is the main pool area, shared with Disney’s Yacht Club and Disney’s Beach Club Resorts.
Stormalong Bay
This pool is one of the best on Disney property. It offers three acres of water fun with a lazy river, a sandy beach area, three whirlpool spas, and a kids’ play area. Then, head to the top of the giant shipwreck replica to enjoy a 230-foot-long waterslide.
Poolside Cabana Rentals
Are you looking for some added luxury and relaxation? Poolside cabanas are available for rental and include a variety of amenities including padded furniture, cocktail service, a charging outlet, and more. Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be done by calling (407)WDW-PLAY.
3 Leisure Pools
In addition to the main pool area, there are three leisure pools at this resort. Guests at Disney’s Beach Club Villas can enjoy a calm pool experience at the Dunes Cove Pool, located right at the resort. Alternatively, head to the Admiral Pool or the Tidal Pool. All three pools include a whirlpool spa and space to relax in the sun.

Motorized Boat Rentals
Relax along the water as you enjoy theme park views and all of your surroundings with the perfect boating experience for you and your travel party.
These boat rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not required. Pontoon boats seat up to 10 guests and are $45 per half-hour. Guests must be 18 years of age or over and will need to present a valid driver’s license to rent the boat. Complimentary life jackets are provided for all children under 12 years of age.
Fishing Excursions
Enjoy a guided catch-and-release outing that allows you and up to 4 other guests experience bass fishing at its finest! These excursions take place all year round and are fun for guests of all ages. There is a lit tennis court near the Admiral Pool and a beach volleyball court near the Tidal Pool. In addition, there are several jogging paths available, including one that goes around Crescent Lake.
Arcade
The Lafferty Place Arcade is open daily and offers a variety of games to choose from. Options include racing cars, battling aliens, playing sports, making music, and more!
Game cards must be purchased first and then points can be added using cash or a credit card at a kiosk inside the arcade. These game cards are rechargeable and can be used at other Walt Disney World Resort arcades.
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf
Located near the resort hotel, this miniature golf course is inspired by Fantasia. There are two 18-hole miniature adventures to choose from, perfect for families and beginner golfers.

The Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is a deluxe villa resort and Disney vacation club property. Located in the Magic Kingdom area, this resort is close to the parks but takes you away to the national park lodges of the early 20th century.
Resort Overview
Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge opened in 2017. There are 184 villas and 26 waterfront cabins, known as Cascade Cabins. The resort is located on the shores of Bay Lake and is designed after the national park lodges and the details are quite amazing. From the woodwork and totem poles to the landscaping with evergreens, the design is meticulous. The villas are each equipped with modern amenities and decor, a full kitchen in those with 1 bedroom or more, and spacious bathrooms.
Reasons We Love This Resort:
Location: The resort is located in the Magic Kingdom area and is a quick boat ride to the main entrance of the park. it is also a short bus ride to any of the other three theme parks. In addition to the great dining options at the resort, there are even more choices nearby, at the parks and the other Magic Kingdom area resorts. Enjoy the nighttime views of the Electrical Water Pageant on Bay Lake and even a glimpse of the Magic Kingdom fireworks show.
Spacious: Copper Creek is a deluxe villa property, designed for travel parties of all sizes. These accommodations are designed to make you feel like you are at home away from home!

Geyser Point Bar & Grill
This eatery is located poolside and offers beautiful views and delicious menu options. Serving lunch and dinner, guests can please their palate with savory and sweet menu choices while enjoying the beauty of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.

There are also hot and cold whirlpool spas. The Geyser Point Bar and Grill is located nearby, serving snacks and drinks and there are plenty of lounge chairs and patio tables to relax and enjoy your day.
The Boulder Ridge Cove pool is more laid-back but still charming, located within the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This location has a whirlpool spa and zero-entry pool with several shaded seating areas.

Bike Rentals
Bike rentals are available at Teton Boat & Bike Rentals. Explore the resort, enjoying the pine forests and waterways filled with wildlife.
